HOH’s First Ever Summit Session

Join us on October 31 for Hang on Health’s very first event. Our “Summit Sessions” are educational events featuring entrepreneurs and subject matter experts. They’ll take place in person in Nashville as well as virtually. This Session is part of the “Entrepreneur Series” where brave entrepreneurs share the challenges they’ve faced in their businesses that impacted their mental health. The goal of this series is to learn that you are not alone; that other entrepreneurs endure similar trials and tribulations.

On October 31, Hang on Health will host its very first Summit Session featuring two brave entrepreneurs…

• Allie Williamson, founder and Chief Diva of Southern Domestic Divas and newly awarded Nashville’s 2024 Most Admired CEO by the Nashville Business Journal, and

• Bryan Barringer, managing partner of Flow Venture Labs, influential ecosystem builder for founders and keynote speaker.

Allie and Bryan will remove their masks (even though it's Halloween) and share the behind the scenes raw and honest stories of their businesses that caused their mental health struggles. Their willingness to be vulnerable and reveal things about the inner workings of their success is something to be admired. Hang on Health is incredibly grateful to Allie and Bryan for helping us not feel so alone.

A light breakfast of bagels, fruit and coffee will be provided.
